Shipping Policy

At afaith, we aim to deliver your orders with efficiency and reliability. Below is an overview of our shipping process and policy:

Order Processing and Delivery Schedule:

  • Order Cutoff Time: 5:00 PM (GMT+01:00) Central European Standard Time (Berlin)
  • Order Handling Time: 1-2 Business Days (Monday – Friday )
  • Delivery Time: 3-4 Business Days (Monday – Friday)

Order Confirmation:

After you place your order, you will receive an email confirmation with your order number and details. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. We will also notify you when your order has been successfully delivered.

Shipping Carriers:

We use trusted carriers to ensure timely delivery. These include:

  • United Kingdom Post
  • FedEx
  • UPS
  • DHL

Shipping is FREE for all orders. Standard shipping typically takes 4 to 6 business days within United Kingdom .

Shipping Locations:

We currently ship within United Kingdom  only. Unfortunately, we do not offer shipping to P.O. boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses.

Lost Packages:

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please follow these steps:

  1. Verify the shipping address.
  2. Check all possible delivery locations.
  3. Ask neighbors or family members if they accepted the package.
  4. Contact the courier directly with your tracking number to initiate a claim.

If the package is declared lost, please contact us at help@afaith.shop with your order number. We will either reship your order or provide a refund, depending on your preference.
